During October 2025, Sudan witnessed a sharp escalation in conflict, particularly in Darfur (Al-Fashir), White Nile, Gedaref, and Khartoum. Civilians were subjected to grave violations, including extrajudicial killings, arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, sexual violence against women and girls, and looting, with hospitals, schools, and vital infrastructure are being targeted.

The Council should task the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission (FFM) for the Sudan to prepare a flash report to document atrocities being committed in and around El Fasher.

تعرب الفيدرالية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، بالشراكة مع منظمتيها العضوين في السودان، المنظمة السودانية لحقوق الإنسان - المراقبة (SHRM) والمركز الأفريقي لدراسات العدالة والسلام (ACJPS)، إلى جانب المنظمات الحقوقية الموقعة أدناه من مختلف أنحاء أفريقيا والمنطقة العربية، عن قلقهم البالغ إزاء سقوط مدينة الفاشر بيد قوات الدعم السريع في 26 أكتوبر 2025، في تصعيد كارثي جديد للنزاع المستمر في السودان. ترك حصار المدينة الممتد لـ 18 شهرًا، مئات الآلاف من المدنيين المحاصرين جائعين ومعرضين لهجمات متواصلة، وبسقوط المدينة اتسع نطاق الفظائع بما في ذلك مخاوف جدية بشأن عمليات قتل جماعي وتطهير عرقي وجرائم ضد الإنسانية.

في هذا البيان، يفصل المركز الأفريقي لدراسات العدالة والسلام عدة حوادث حيث تم استهداف موظفي التعليم والمعلمين على وجه التحديد بتهمة التعاون مع الحكومة التي تسيطر عليها القوات المسلحة السودانية في بورتسودان.
